Product Summary

The Marco Air-Blast Abrasive Blasting Package is small, swift, and efficient. With extensive knowledge of blasting technology, Marco® has re-engineered these portable blast machines for ease of use and consistent performance. Control the blasting operation with the efficient KwikFire 153 Remote Control System. The Blastmaster® 153 remote control valve is a pressure release system which allows for filling of the blast machine when the handle is released. Deigned for quick loading, the concave top with triangle handle helps to fill and pressurize the machine. The integrator mixing valve lets you command the proper blend of air and abrasives. Perfect for all size jobs. U.S.A.

  1. I'm planning on removing an oil-based finish on about 500 sq. ft. of an exterior pine log home. what media will work for that project.

    1. For removing oil based finish off a log home walnut shell would work the best. I will list the two sizes of walnut shell media below that we carry.

  2. can I use sand with this machine and how deep can I cut?

    1. It is not recommended to use sand with this particular abrasive blaster. The depth that this machine can cut is dependent upon the type of abrasive being used, grit size and size of air compressor.

  3. Can I use corn cobs with this blaster?

    Can I get a 30' hose for it?

    1. Corn cob media could be used with this blaster. We do not offer a 30 foot hose, but a 50 foot hose can be purchased for the blaster from our parts department.

    Does this sanblaster come complete or do I need to purchase gun/nozzle tips separatley?

    1. This blaster comes complete. Includes the gun, hose and 4 ceramic nozzles. Only thing needed is the type of media you want to use.
