Is the Nozzle included with the Brush?
AllSource Vac Blaster's video shows a Brush replacement that includes the Nozzle. Does the replacement Brush accessory include the replacement Nozzle?

How do you empty the dust/paint waste inside the tank when it's full? Can you use a bag to catch dust and debris for easy removal with no airborne or little airborne release of dust?

To empty the dust/paint waste inside the tank, unsnap the two retaining clamps located on the sides of the blaster. The blaster is not designed for use with a dust/debris collection bag.

dimensions state 15" x 15". Is that the diameter of the tank or the dimensions of the outer edges of the wheel axle supports?

The overall dimensions will be 18" L x 21" W x 40" H. The diameter of the tank will be 15" L X 15" W.
