The Klutch Engine-Driven Inverter Powered DC Arc Welder/AC Generator with Wheel Kit provides 195 Amp DC welding output and 6,000 Watt (6,500W peak) auxiliary power output. This unit features a powerful 429cc, 14 HP LC air-cooled engine with recoil starter. A 5-gallon fuel tank provides up to 5 hours of operation on a single fill, making this unit a great choice for a variety of applications. The smooth DC welding output can weld a wide variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, hard surfacing and aluminum. This unit offers a duty cycle of 30% @ 195A and a range of 20–195A. The 6,000 Watt auxiliary power (6,500W peak) is supplied through (2) 120V duplex receptacles and (1) 240V twist-lock receptacle. Collapsible handles with wheelbarrow-style running gear allow easy maneuverability. Includes a 13ft. ground cable and 20ft. electrode holder.

    1. The duty cycle at 195 amps is 30%. The duty cycle at 107 amps is 100%. Allow proper cooling time between duty cycles. Cooling time will vary per application.

  9. Can you connect a tig torch and argon gas to this machine?

    1. We do not offer a TIG torch that is compatible with this welder any longer. This arc welder does not require the use of shielding gas.

    1. The generator can power up to 6000 continuous watts and provides up to 25 amps at 120V and up to 40 amps at 240V. Please check the requirements of the welder before using it with this machine.
