Product Summary

This Klutch Dual-Voltage 200 Amp AC/DC TIG/Stick Welder features dual 120/230V input that can be plugged into most outlets for convenient use almost anywhere. The efficient inverter-powered system is super lightweight, up to 50% lighter, for easy transport and requires up to 25% less input power than traditionally powered welders while also delivering consistent power output. Power Factor Correction (PFC) design provides even more efficiency and higher welding performance. The user interface makes machine setup easy. A pulse feature is also available, which provides a drumbeat-like rhythm for filler metal deposition. This unit is a great TIG welder for use on aluminum. The AC frequency and AC balance can be adjusted to provide more cleaning action on dirty aluminum or to maximize penetration on thick materials. Auto setting parameters all adjust for easier welding. Includes a foot pedal for hands-free operation. 20% duty cycle @ 200A (230V input); 35% duty cycle @ 120A (120V input). Welding amperage range: 15–200A (240V input); 15–120A (120V input). DC output allows the welder to weld a wide variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, hard surfacing and aluminum. Includes 10ft. MIG gun, 10ft. grounding cable with clamp, 6ft. gas hose, gas regulator, 2ft.L, 120V power cord adapter, 2 contact tips and a flux-core nozzle. CSA approved.

  3. Will this machine support a spool gun for aluminum? If so what is the part numer?

    1. This welder is not designed to accept a spool gun. However, it can be used to TIG weld aluminum with the AC output.

  4. What is the recommended breaker amperage to run this machine with the 230 volt input power?

    1. When running the unit on 120V, a 20 amp breaker is recommended. When running the unit on 230V, a 50 amp breaker is recommended.

  5. The manual says that there is a "Save/Load" button and that you can select the "Save/Load channel", but I don't see that button in the product photos. Does this machine have memory slots, and if so, how many channels/slots does it have?

    1. This welder is not equipped with a Save/Load button. It also does not have a memory function. The manual will be corrected.

    1. The gas post flow time can be adjusted. The minimum time is 3 seconds.

    1. At this time, a hand control is not available for this welder.

  9. Does the foot pedal adjust the amperage up and down while you are welding or is it a ON/OFF switch?

    1. The foot pedal adjusts the output current. When stepped on, it will increase the welding current to the maximum current set by the panel. When the pedal is released, the welding current is reduced to the arc breaking.

  10. Will this run 6010 rod effectively?

    1. The amperage output for 120V would allow the use of 3/32" 6010 rods. The amperage output for 240V would allow the use of 3/32", 1/8" and 5/32" 6010 rods.
