The Klutch Inverter Stick Welder Generator features advanced inverter technology to provide smooth performance. The large LCD display allows easy reading, and the electrode type selection guide makes your job easier. Hot start and arc force can be adjusted for different diameter electrodes. Infinite amperage adjustment ensures smoothness. The 78V no-loading voltage design is available for cellulose electrodes. The auxiliary power supply rated output is 10kW; max. output is 11kW; start is electric. 8-gallon fuel tank allows for up to 6 hours of run time. 120–240V auxiliary power includes 2 sets of 120V GFCI receptacles, (1) 240V 3-pin receptacle and (1) 240V 4-pin receptacle. The circuit breaker protects the machine from overloading. Also features a duty cycle of 60% @ 260A and an amperage range adjustment of 20–260A. Works with materials up to 5/8in. including steel, stainless steel, cast iron and hard surfacing. The lifting eye allows for convenient lifting and hanging. Total enclosed design reduces noise. Multiple doors allow service access; exhaust is on top. Includes 20ft. grounding cable with clamp and 20ft. welding cable with electrode holder. CSA and EPA approved.

    1. The engine does not auto idle, it runs at 3600 RPM constantly.

    1. We do not recommend using a suitcase wire feeder or any other auxiliary welders with this welder generator. Any auxiliary machine may not perform as well as intended and its life may be shortened.

    1. The welder will work with rod sizes from 1/16"-3/16". The 6010 rod will range in size from 1/16-5/32. It will work with 6010 rod.

    1. The duty cycle is 35% at 20 amps 120 volt single phase power. The duty cycle is 50% at 45 amps 230 volt single phase power.
