  No, it must be assembled. When assembling don't tighten the leg screws until the chest is mounted. Otherwise the frame will be out of plumb and square requiring the screws to be loosened in order to adjust it. It takes about an hour or so to assemble.

  Solid rubber wheels in steel brackets. Two of the wheels have brake locks. Very strong and sturdy with a full capacity load in the tool cart. I'm very happy with the quality of this whole box.

CAN YOU REMOVE DRAWER AND HOW IF SO

  The drawers are removable. To remove the drawers, fully empty the drawer and extend the drawer out. Push up the release lever on the one side of the drawer slide while pulling down on the other release lever. Pull the drawer outward until it is released from the slides. To re insert the drawer, pull the slides and slide carrier out till fully extended. Hold the slide on the drawer while aligning it with the slide on the cabinet. Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side. Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed to engage the slide. Open and close the drawer to verify proper operation.

  The overall width without the handle would be 31". The top drawer inside dimension would be 14.5" x 12.3" x 1.9", the middle drawer is 14.5" x 25.9" X 2.7" and the bottom drawer is 14.5" x 25.9" x 3.98".
