  1. is this honda eg5000 a inverter generator

    1. The EG series is not an inverter style generator. The EG5000CLAT will be a DAVR series. This will include a digital auto voltage regulator.

  2. What is the THD for this unit?

    Is this generator safe to use on modern flat panel tv's and refrigerators with circuit boards?

    1. This unit is not rated for THD. It would not be safe for your electronically sensitive equipment. You would want to go to the inverters series generators such as the EU or EM series for the electronically sensitive equipment.
