One Drive Roll, Two Sizes

The dual-groove, quick-change drive roll makes it super quick and easy to change from one wire size to another. The unit has one knurled groove as well as one smooth groove, allowing it to hold 2 different wire sizes at the same time. Choose from 0.030–0.035in. (0.8–0.9mm) wire sizes.

Go From Solid to Tubular Wire in a Snap

The convenient polarity changeover system with tip holder access makes it quick and easy to change polarity for solid or tubular wire. There are even convenient storage holes built right in to hold your spare tips.

Aluminum Welding Made Easy

Integrated spoolgun control circuitry is standard with this welder, so no additional control box or adapter is required to connect the optional SpoolRunner 100 spoolgun (Item# 20868, sold separately). This easy-to-setup spoolgun enhances wire feedability and reduces the hassles and frustrations of bird-nesting that often occurs with soft aluminum wires.
