The F-400T operates on an ON/OFF status. Therefore, you will only get full fire every time it comes on. At full fire, you will a temperature rise of approximately 170F. The question of minimum and maximum temperature is fully dependent on the ambient conditions. It should also be noted that due to the direct flame, the immediate discharge of the heater will be hotter than averaged air temperature. There is a thermostat accessory that can be added to the unit to set the desired interior temperature, available through the manufacturer.

Always provide adequate ventilation one square in of fresh air must be supplied for every 1000 BTU of heat. The flow of combustion and ventilation air must not be obstructed.

Air duct can not be added to the heater. The heat output is to hot and will melt the duct work.

The heater would not have an automatic shutoff.

This heater uses 115V electricity.

The inlet gas pressure for Propane will be 11" of water column or about .397 psi. The inlet gas pressure for Natural Gas will be 3.5" of water column or about .126 psi. If you have a higher gas supply pressure an external regulator would be required to bring the gas supply pressure down to the appropriate level.

The fuel consumption for propane would be 18.5 pounds per hour. The fuel consumption on natural gas would be 380 cubic feet per hour.
