  1. From the photos, I cannot see where there is an on/off switch or battery charger connection. Are those included or would I have to purchase that to power the unit?

    1. There is an On/Off switch on the battery box. To charge the battery, the battery box lid must be removed to access the battery terminals.

  2. How do you rinse the chemical off the surface using the soft wash system.

    1. The chemical solution can be rinsed off the surface by using a plain water hose or by running straight water through the soft wash system.

  3. Can a water hose from a home spiket be connected to the unit for a water source?

    1. The Soft Wash System cannot be directly connected to a home water spigot. It would need to draw from a water source such as a water tank. You could use the home water hose to fill a bucket and have it continually filling the bucket and draw from the bucket to the system.

  4. Could you pull from a bucket if you dropped the white hose into it??

    1. You could pull the water from a bucket, but would need a constant flow of water to the bucket. This has a 7 GPM pump on it and would deplete the water from the bucket very quickly. It is recommended to use a minimum 35 gallon tank.

  5. With a fully charged battery and the pump operating to wash a roof, how long does it run before the battery drain depletes the battery?

    1. It would depend on the amp hour battery you use. If the recommended 800 cranking amp hour battery is used, you would get about 2 hours of use before the battery would be depleted.

  7. How much cleaning product on the average is needed to was a 2,500 sq ft two story home?

    1. You will need about 20 - 40 gallons depending on the strength of the cleaning solution.

  8. Can you run SH ( sodium hypochlorite ) at 4% through this machine ?

    1. Sodium hypochlorite can be used in this soft wash system. Since this is a highly corrosive chemical, it will damage the pump over time so it is highly recommended to thoroughly rinse the system after every use. Using PM bleach neutralizer at the end of the day is also recommended, you may view these products below.
