  3. What type of hydraulic hose is compatible with this unit?

    1. The rated working pressure of hydraulic hoses must be equal to or higher than the maximum pressure rating of the hydraulic unit, which is 900 psi (HBH16GC & HBH16GX) or 1500 psi (HBHXL16GX).The Hydraulic Power Pack is equipped with 1/2” quick-disconnect couplers. If the couplers for the implement to be attached do not match the ones installed on the Hydraulic Power Pack, replace with couplers that will match. Brave does not recommend the use of adapters. Adapters may restrict flow and limit operation.

  6. How hot does the oil get with continuous use Running a few hours at a time

    1. A temperature rating is not available. This Hydraulic Power Pack does not contain a cooler for the hydraulic fluid and therefore should not be used in permanent or long term use of implements. Long term use could cause hydraulic fluid to overheat and damage equipment. Please view item 73356. That power pack is equipped with a 12 Volt cooling fan.

    1. It is Power Both Ways (Double Acting), but it will not hold a load on a cylinder when the valve is in the Neutral Position. It is an open center 4-way valve, meaning when in neutral the valve will not hold load on a cylinder.

  8. Can you get a remote or a switch to run it from inside a cab of a truck or tractor

  9. I've looked at everything where I could think to look, but unable to find the dimensions of this unit. Will you please provide them.

    1. The unit is 23" in length, 28" in width, and 29" in height.

  10. Is the valve automatic or manual.¿ I want to try and connect it with a bale.

    1. Once you place the control in position it will run automatically. You must manually place the control valve in neutral to stop it from running.
