  1. Will this 11202Y funnel fit over Eagle Type 1 five gal safety can opening/spout without dripping or spilling?

    1. The correct funnel for the Eagle Type 1 Safety Can is going to be part number F15FUN. The Justrite 11202Y will not fit those cans correctly.

  2. Will this funnel work on the newer vehicles with capless fuel systems?

    1. Thank you for your question. Per our Engineer, the end of the 11202Y funnel will fit into the capless fuel system. However, when used in conjunction with the Type 1 safety can, the orientation of fill port on the container is very important. The fill port must be in a vertical position to pour from a safety can with the funnel due to the angle that the can must be tilted during dispensing.
      It would be very difficult to use the Type 1 safety can with the 11202Y funnel to pour into vehicle fuel tanks in general.

  3. What is the difference in a Type I & Type II Safety Can?

The Type II Safety Can has one opening dedicated to filling and a second spout opening dedicated to dispensing.
