    1. The WEN 52in Premium Tool Chest has a tall-till lid storage area that adds additional height when opened. The lid itself is approximately 8.5 inches tall. So, when the lid is fully open, the total height of the tool chest would be around 31.5 inches (23 inches for the chest + 8.5 inches for the lid).
