    2. No it does not have spring loaded drawers but they do kinda snap in place & do lock if you want to lock them before you move it

    3. The Homak rolling tool cabinet does not have spring loaded latching drawers. The unit should be locked when moving the box.

    1. The tool box does not come with a stainless steel top. This is sold separately. The item number for the stainless steel top is 95507.

    1. There is no retention system or catch that would stop the drawers from sliding out while the tool cabinet is rolled around. The drawers would have to be locked to ensure no sliding out of drawers.

    1. This rolling tool cabinet measures approximately 40-3/4" high without the casters. The length without the pull handles(one on each end) is approximately 66-5/8".
