  3. Is there a hose swivel to allow use of reel while under pressure?

    Is it possible to use the reel while the hose is under water pressure?

    1. No, it does not come with a swivel but a good quality brass one can be purchased and attached. It is not recommended to wind the hose when it's under pressure or to keep an attached hose under pressure attached to the reel for a long duration because it will damage the hose and make the unit more vulnerable with the added weight and stress. If you're not going to wind the hose on the reel while the hose is under high pressure, there should not be a problem.

    2. The hose reel cart can not be used when the hose hose is under water pressure.

  4. What is the pressure rating on this hose reel? We have 150 psi at the spigot and blow apart or burst most of our hoses and accessories.

    1. I have very high pressure and have had no problems whatsoever. Also have blown up several hoses, and now have heavy duty rubber hoses. The fittings on the reel seem very very sturdy.

    2. There is no specific rating. I would not recommend anything over 75-100 psi.

  5. Is there a brake option for the Reel Cart wheels? Any ideas besides using a chok?

    1. Mine did not come with a brake. It's free wheeling all the way.

  6. Will this work with 3/4" hose?

    None of your products seem to give specs for a 3/4" hose, only 5/8". Will 3/4" work as well? If so, how many feet will it hold of the larger hose? (I use a heavy duty commercial grade 3/4" hose.)
    If nothing else, is use of an adapter possible?

    1. Just did it with the commercial never kink hose. See my review re: the water outlet brace and coupling.
