  1. Where are the mounting holes located and what size are they?

    1. The 3 mounting holes in the front of the hand winch are 1.102" apart, center to center. They sit back 0.59" from the end of the bracket. The 2 holes behind these 3 are 3.012" apart, center to center and are 2.63" back from the end of the bracket.

    Im looking for a worm winch that does not free spool. I need it to stop and not free spool in and out when the handle is not being turned.

    1. This winch has a pinion shaft mechanism which acts as a break. In order to move a load in or out, you would need to turn the handle in the appropriate direction, otherwise the load would remain static.
