    Will the seat fit a 13" wide x 11-1/4" long mounting?

    1. The seat base itself measures 18 1/4" (W) x 19 1/2" (D) so it will fit over and extend past the 13 X 11-1/4 mounting you quoted. If the area where this seat will go accommodates a seat of that size, it will fit and have sufficient surface area to attach to the mount.

    1. This item does not come with rails the pan under the fork seat has mounting holes if the holes do not line up a mounting plate would need to be made as the manufacture does not offer one.
