where do the two big flat washers go? thanks

The (2) 1 1/8" flat washers model 33098 will install on the two front mounting bolts under the roller bearing assembly. Please refer to the manual page 3 for installation drawing.

What is the usable length of the jib crane?

For model JIB-FM-3 (300 lb.) and model JIB-FM-6 (600 lb.) the usable length is 69.75". For model JIB-FM-10 (1,000 lb.) and model JIB-FM-20 (2,000 lb.) the usable length is 67.75".

Is this a tapered flange beam (S beam) or a parallel flange beam (W beam)? Will all correct width trolleys you sell work with this crane? I'm looking at trolley Item# 57075. Thanks, Josh

This jib crane has a standard I-beam that will work with our trolley item #57075. The flanges are not tapered.

The overall length of the beam is 80 inches. The usable length is 70 inches. The manual trolley item number 4868907 (model QIT-06) is recommended for the crane.

what is the foundation specs for the JIB-FM-3
Specs for 300lb and 600lb Vestil Floor Mounted Jib Crane. the only thing that showed is if I wanted it to be portable and I do not, it will be mounted permanently to the floor. Thanks

Please check your local codes and ordinances for regulations applicable to the crane and its location. The manufacturer states 60-pound bags of concrete mix (about 40 bags for the 18” base, or about 80 bags for the 36” base).

Is this Product rated for Outdoor use. Also can it be mounted on an engineered stationary steel frame that is rated to handle more load than the Jib?

This jib crane is suitable for indoors and outdoors in most non-classified industrial and commercial locations. This jib crane’s base must be filled with concrete and must remain on a level, compacted, and improved surface whenever a load is applied to its boom.

Question: can the I beam be longer 10', is the load capacity seperate from the hoist
Hi, can I get a 10' usable I beam?
Is the hoist weight included in the 600 lb capacity or allowed to added on and the load capacity is 600 lb plus the hoist?1 answer-
A longer beam is not available for this jib crane. The weight capacity will include the combined weight of the trolley, hoist, and payload.
