    1. This ball mount adjusts in 1.2" increments. The rise offers the following positions: 1.8", 3", 4.2", 5.4", 6.6", 7.8" and 9". The drop offers the following positions: 0.8", 2", 3.2", 4.4", 5.6", 6.8" and 8".

  2. How do I change the balls

    1. To change the hitch ball, rotate the corresponding locking pin until it aligns with the slot, then remove the ball. Insert the desired ball, reinstall the locking pin, and rotate the pin to lock the ball securely in place.

    1. At this time, we do not offer a dual-purpose ball mount for a 2-1/2" receiver.

  4. can I turn it upside down and safely haul my trailer? or should only be installed like the pictures. Simply because when i hook it up that way it still sits to low.

  7. Does the hitch lose any integrity if you only have a single ball attached? Most of my usage will be in the lowest drop position with the 2" ball. Does the extra ball have to be attached under the ball being used?

    1. There is no integrity lost if a ball is not mounted on the bottom. The capacity will remain the same.

  8. Can the balls be mounted (stowed) on the back side of the rise so to go through the car wash?

    1. Although the pins will fit if the ball mount is turned around, this hitch is not designed to have the balls stowed on the back side of the riser.
