  1. Can the thermostat be calibrated. I have it set at 70, my thermometer right next to it reads 60 before the KT110 clicks and my heater starts, raises temp to 70. Can this be tightened up a little. What's the screw under the cover for?

    1. There is not a way to calibrate these thermostats in the field, a replacement thermostat would have to be purchased through the manufacturer directly. The screw found under the cover is just a set screw to hold components of the thermostat in place.
