  7. is there a way to set the on degree temperature and the off temp. in other words it gets to cold before it turns the heater on again. it will go on at 68 degrees and won't come on until 60degrees. is there a setting internal for that?

    1. The Mr. Heater Big Maxx Natural Gas Garage/Workshop Heater is capable of having two units operate off of one thermostat. The manufacturer recommends the thermostat be within 15 feet of the heaters.

    1. There is an "off" switch on the thermostat. It is recommended to turn the thermostat off when temperature drops below 35 degree by lowering the temperature switch to the lowest point.

  10. Single pole or double pole for Mr.Heater 45k

    Is this a single pole application or double? is there a difference in options ie fan control only, etc..

    1. This item is a single pole unit. The difference between a single pole and a double pole thermostat is as follows: a single pole thermostat breaks only one side of the power line to your heater and cannot be turned off while a double pole breaks both sides of the power line. All power to the heater is interrupted and is safeguarded if the item requires any maintenance.
