  1. Can this fan be installed into wood studs? Some wall fans are restrictive on wall materials.

    1 answer

    1. The wall fan should be mounted on 4" x 5" wood studs/joists. When mounting to a wooden surface, or wall, surface shall be a minimum of 1" thick. Using 5/32" drill bit, drill 4 pilot holes at pre-marked locations. Use four 1/4" wood lags of appropriate length (minimum 1").

  2. Where is the switch for oscillation located? Can a pull-chain also be used to control oscillation? I plan to mount this 8' in the air and will not be able to easily reach the fan itself

    1. The fan does not oscillate. The fan is fixed. There is a pull cord on the fan for speed adjustment.
