Both insulated compartments are constructed with Deep Freeze insulation comprised of SuperFoam with a radiant heat barrier to provide maximum cooling performance and include leak resistant seals to prevent water from flowing out (other than in droplet form) if the cooler is tipped over. The interior linings in each compartment are leak proof** and have Microban to help protect against odors and stains. Microban is built-in protection that is guaranteed to last the lifetime of the product. The backpack cooler’s welded exterior is water and stain repellent (excluding mesh) and puncture resistant. The exterior also includes a padded back with adjustable sternum strap and adjustable, curved, ergonomic backpack straps, accessory pockets and a convenient grab handle.
