  3. Does this set come with regulators and gages?

    1. The kit will include the oxygen regulator with gauge and the acetylene regulator with gauge.

  4. Does the outfit include the hoses? Are the tanks shipped empty?

    1. The welding and cutting kit does not include the hoses or regulators. See our item #1640870 for an oxyacetylene hose and item 1640872 for a regulator. The tanks would be shipped empty.

  5. Are the tanks certified for filling?

    One guy made the comment one tank wasn't certified in the set he ordered. What is a person to do in a situation such as this? You didn't refute his statement so I can only assume it is in fact the truth. Doesn't a tank have to be certified every so often to be filled?

    1. The tanks are certified for filling. Our retail stores may be able to offer refills and they have the proper paperwork there to sign off on.
