The inlet of the acetylene regulator is CGA-510, typically a B tank has a CGA-520 connection, so it would not fit. The inlet connection of the oxygen regulator is CGA-540 and has a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 PSIG (PSI Gauge). The cylinder pressure cannot exceed 4000 PSIG or the regulator may be damaged.
