    All of the pictures show the front wheels straight. I want to be sure they turn while seated.

    2. The front wheels will turn. When seated you can attach the short handle to turn the wheels.

    3. Yes the front wheels turn. There are two handles. One for walking to pull the cart and the other is a short one to steer while sitting on the cart.

    3. This garden seat features a contoured metal pan seat with lumbar supporting back rail. The foam seat cushion and fabric tool pouch can be removed.

  4. How do I secure the cushion?

    Absolutely love this cart. Love he way it sits higher, saves my hips and knees from the strain of bending up and down. BUT... how do I secure the cushion? the velcro tabs don't seem to line up with any of the holes on the seat or with the vertical supports on the lumbar support.

    1. The tab in back goes thru two holes beneath the cushion in line with the back vertical support, one thru the outside row and one thru the inside row. The two front tabs go thru the front hole in the seat and around the outside edge. Took me a while to figure out, too.

    2. On mine, Velcro straps lined up perfectly with the holes in seat. NO problems with cushion.
