    Looking for a cart with solid wheels, NO AIR to keep them up. Have rough terrain, and thorny bushes, etc. so need solid rubber wheels.

    1. The manufacturer does not have a minimum and maximum temperature that the cart can withstand. It is able to handle extreme cold temperatures. The base will not fade, deteriorate or crack due to sun exposure.

  7. What is true width cotter pin to cotter pin? Can the cart support be installed closer To the tires? Like 3” or 4”.

    1. The wheels and cotter pin ends sit under a lip at the top if the bin. The overall true width for the product is 26 inches. The cotter pin to cotter pin measurements would be slightly less as they sit back from the ends of each axle. The cart supports should not be moved as this could result in an uneven load distribution affecting the cart stability.
