    1. The groove on these weights measures 1-3/16" wide and is 4-3/8" long.

  3. I see holes in these. Is it necessary to stake them as well to prevent them from moving off the leg when subjected to wind gusts?

    It would make sense to me if the channel was closed somehow after sliding it onto the leg.

    1. These anchor weights do not require additional staking to be effective. These weights are intended for extra stability on windy days so the canopy should already be properly staked/anchored. The opening side of the weight can be faced away from the direction of the wind to ensure it won't slide off if one of the canopy's legs happens to lift a little.
