  1. Would this work to help with top dressing a lawn by spreading the sand or compost?

    1. I used this drag harrow to smooth out dirt/gravel with some weight on the front, put seed and fertilizer down and then used the harrow again with no weight on the front to mix in the seed and fertilizer, then watered every day. Excellent results.
