The Field Tuff Heavy-Duty Drag Harrow is an agricultural-style drag harrow that's great for use in the yard or field to level plots, break up soil, or grade an area. Also works well for spreading out pastures to allow grass to grow. The heavy-duty design with 14 horizontal tine rows of 1/2in. thick harrow tines allows the unit to handle the tough jobs.

    Can I split this drag half way back so that the front portion is a rough finish then followed by a smoother finish in one pass? Are there two sections that split up by using the hooks?

  6. Can this be used as a drag mat? And by reversing it is it less aggressive.

    1. This drag harrow would not make an ideal drag mat. Drag mats are typically used to smooth a surface such as sand in a baseball diamond. The spaces in a drag mat are much smaller than the spaces in this drag harrow and there are no tines in a drag mat like there are in this drag harrow.
