  1. Is an extra seal kit available?

    I would like to purchase this RAM but only if a replacement seal kit is available. Is it? What is the part number and cost?

    Also, I notice in the video that the pump only goes up when the handle is pushed down but it has a twin pump. Usually with twin pumps it will raise in both up and down active with the handle. Is the video correct and if so, why is their a double pump? Thanks.

    1. Replacement parts for this long ram hydraulic jack would be available directly through the manufacturer, Torin Inc. On a double acting piston when you pull the handle up and push it down, the piston will go up on both strokes. When it reaches a load of 440 pounds then it will only go up on a handle down stroke.

  2. I wanted to know the specifications of the ram shaft (wall thickness mostly, seems the diameter is 1-1/4")

    1. The piston ram is solid and has a 1.38" diameter.

  3. Is this double stroke (pumps up and down with each stroke)?

    1. This is a double acting piston. When you pull the handle up and push it down, the piston will go up on both strokes until it hits your load. Then it will only go up on a handle down stroke.

    1. This jack can be used vertically or angled to 3 degrees from the vertical position. It should not be laid all the way down.

    1. When fully retracted, the hole to hole length is 25", and the item length is 26.18". When fully extended, the hole to hole length is 44.09", and the item length is 45.28".
