  1. Will this spreader spread rock salt when mounted on my 4wheeler?

    1. The Spintech ATV seeder/spreader can be used with rock salt. Proper maintenance is recommended by greasing the motor shaft and using compressed air to clean off internal debris once per year.

    does this unit have a way to keep seed from bridging over? How far does it spread?

    1. The spreader has an agitator with three 1 1/2 inch long prongs that spin from the bottom when the unit is engaged, which keep the material flowing. It will spread between 12-20 feet depending on the material being spread. The spread pattern is 180 degrees.
