  1. Is the Top replaceable or do you have to buy the product again and wind up with an extra frame

    1. The top has straps and has loops for bottom pole. You should get same replacement top from Shelter Logic, or use tarp and figure out how to secure ends and bottom. If you are creative, you could figure out how to Gerry rig a tarp.

    2. These shed in a box original shelters do come with a replacement cover option. They are typically about half the shed cost and can be purchased in a green or gray cover color . I am not positive but I believe that the higher grade covers in a 9 oz fabric will work on these sheds as well. If you need a cover replacement for your shed in a box you may call Northerntool or locate an authorized dealer for more specifics.

      The quality of this storage shed is descent for the money. The manufacturer of these shed in a box products shelterlogic originalshelters.com recommends a replacement cover every 3-4 years. Thesefabric sheds are Ideal for generator shed, firewood storage, motorcycle storage shed, jobsite shed, tool storage, and much more.

  2. How wide is the door?

    I have a 7 1/2 snow plow I would like to drive in and drop. Will it fit through the door?

    1. The front panel opening is 6' foot tall & 8' foot wide at the bottom and 6 feet 8 inches at the top of the front panels. These shed in a box do not comes with a door, but an end panel. If you need a door kit there is an optional upgrade door kit that allows the included panel to be rolled up for ease of entry and exit.

      The rear panel is a solid panel and will not allow walk through. The quality of this portable shed is descent for the money. The manufacturer shelterlogic originalshelters.com recommends the additional shed kit roll up door for these shed in a box products. Ideal for generator shed, firewood storage, jobsite tool storage, childrens toys and bikes and much more.

  3. Any problems with rodents getting inside?

    Does anyone have issues with rodents taking up residence inside? Any recommendations on how to prevent this? It seems like it would be a problem.

    1. Because this shelter does not have a foundation, it is possible that rodents could dig their way in under the cover. If you have burrowing animals in the area, you may use the pest repeller, item 168433. We also offer rodent traps that you could be placed inside if a rodent gets in, like items 68611 and 68605.
