Rust-Oleum Concrete Saver Pro Hydraulic Cement is designed to stop water flow and permanently seal deep cracks and holes in all grades of concrete. It plugs, seals, and creates a “watertight” seal in 1-3 minutes, even while water is flowing. This product is ready to use and requires only the addition of water before plugging and sealing active leaks.
