  1. Do the axles have ball bearings or just the casters?

    1. The wheels are steel and there is a simple metal sleeve over the axle bolt that serves as the bearing for the wheel. The castor assembly that bolts to the metal platform pivots on ball bearings. HIGHLY recommend that you grease the wheel sleeve, axle bolt and the pivot bearings. It made a huge reduction in the effort needed to move my truck. Still takes effort though so best to have a helper!

    2. These wheel dollies include casters that swivel on ball bearings. The wheels themselves don't rotate on ball bearings.
