This issue is typically caused by a blocked or contaminated measuring chamber due to improper filtration.
The measuring chamber will need to be cleaned. Please use the following steps:
1. Remove the Allen bolts, meter cover, and counter assembly.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws and remove the nutating disc assembly.
3. Remove the O-ring, then separate the upper chamber, lower chamber, and nutating disc.
4. Clean the measuring chamber using a soft brush. Take care not to damage any plastic components.
5. Reassemble the unit by reversing the steps above, with attention to the following:
A. Lightly lubricate the seal and O-ring with a small amount of grease before installation.
B. Hand-tighten the four Allen bolts in an even, diagonal pattern, then fully tighten them with an Allen key.
C. After reassembly, rotate the resettable counter by hand to ensure smooth movement. The meter will then need to be recalibrated.
