    1. The frame is measured from outside to outside.

    Do these have independent axles or is there one axle shaft throughout the assembly? In other words, are these independent spindles or combined, meaning that the action of one spindle would affect the action of the other?

    1. The torsion axle operates independently from each side. One side will flex as needed and will not effect torsion action on other side.
