  1. It states that the pump can be 130/240. What would be the differences in gpm if ran at the lower voltage. 

    1. No difference, the pump runs the same - when you double the voltage it cuts the amperage in half - so it runs slightly cooler.

  3. do i need any special hockup to set this up

    1. This will require wiring by a professional electrician. This is factory set for 230 Volts. A 2" suction hose and 1-1/2" discharge hose will be needed. Please view item #49622 for the suction hose. Please view item #4962 for a discharge hose.

    1. This pump requires 18.6 amps for 115 volts, and 9.3 amps for a 230 volt set up.

    1. Please see page 8 in the product manual for a loss of head chart per 100' of pipe. The manual can be found on this item's specifications page. For a full pump curve, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  8. Does this pump need a filter to prevent damage if so what do you use?

    1. This will require a filter. A foot valve that includes a strainer can be used. If using as a well pump, a steel well point such as item #108107 would work as it features a size 80 mesh opening.

  9. if I use 115v on the pump, what is the recommended amp breaker is required? Thanks.

    1. The sprinkler pump would require a minimum of a 25 amp breaker for wiring at 115 volt. You would want to check with your local code requirements.

  10. Manual states that pump must be operated in dry environment. Does this mean it cannot be install outdoors without a cover?

    1. The pump has a open fan cooled motor. It would require a cover to protect if from the elements.
