This Smart Utility Submersible Water Pump is designed for easy water removal from flat open surfaces like pool covers, flat roofs, flooded basements, bathtubs, kitchen sinks, shower stalls and more. A built-in water level sensor automatically turns the pump on and off by sensing the presence of water, and removes water down to 1/16in. to leave surfaces virtually dry. The pump works continuously for up to 1000 hours and has a dual cooling system that allows it to run at low water levels for a long time.

  1. May I purchase one of the parts for this? I need the nozzle that screws into the pump and that you screw the hose onto.

    1. There are replacement parts available for the pump. It is not recommended to attach a nozzle to the pump. It is designed to be free flow with no restrictions.

  2. does this turn on every 2-3 minutes to check for water or does it sense the water without turning on?

    1. The pump will turn on when the water is at 3/16" and turns off when the level is down to 1/16".

  3. what happens after the continuous 1000 HRS. run time? does the pump just shut down to cool down?

    1. The pump has a thermal overload. It will reset and restart pumping on its own when it cools down. It does not have a check valve. It will have a vent hole on the top of the pump.

    1. This pump features a water level sensor. The pump turns on at 3/16" and off at 1/16".
