The oil fill tube is located behind the blue panel on the right-hand side of the generator (the pull-starter side). Instructions for changing the oil can be found at the bottom of page 38 in the Product Manual, which is located below the Product Summary on the web page.

Does this generator have a bonded neutral? If so, can it be floated? I intend to connect to a transfer switch which would already be bonded in the main house panel.

This generator has a bonded neutral. We do not recommend modifying this generator in any way as the warranty would be voided. Please view the grounding details on page 20 of the Product Manual which is located below the Product Summary on the web page.
