    1. This parallel cable does not include an overload or breaker. That protection will be provided by the generator itself.

  3. The product summary says  that it includes an additional 120v outlet, but the specs section says 125/250. Each inverter is producing 120v. So, is the plug able to put out 120 or 240 volts?

  4. If I plug into the 30 amp receptacle with my RV connector and one of the 10 amp receptacles with a small air conditioner, is the 10 amp load still shared between both generators?

    1. This parallel kit is not designed for use with the 3,500 Surge Watt Powerhorse inverter generator (item #792220). This parallel kit is designed to connect two Powerhorse 2,000 Watt (Item# 42411) or 2,300 Watt inverter generators (Item# 83169).

    1. This parallel cable kit is not designed for use with Honda generators. It is designed to connect two Powerhorse 2300 Watt inverter generators (Item# 83169) in parallel.

  7. When hooking two 2000w generators do you need to use the 3rd wire. The original parallel cables that came with these models did not have a 3rd cable.

    1. The green wire with yellow connector should be grounded to the grounding post of each generator. All 3 wires need to be connected properly.

  8. Do I need to use the 30 amp plug on the parallel cables?

    Or can I use any of the plugs on either of the power horse 3200i generators I will connect together? And sicne there was no user manual in the box, do I need to clip the green wires to the grounding nodes on the generators?

    1. You would be able to use either of the 30 amp receptacles on the generators directly when paralleled or you can use the extra 30 amp receptacle on the parallel kit. The green wire with yellow connector should be grounded to the grounding post of each generator too.
