  1. Can I change out the hose easily if it busts?

    1. At this time, we do not offer replacement parts for this hose reel. However, the hose can be removed and replaced if necessary.

  2. Can I use this to spray chemicals, such as weed, killers, pesticides, etc. from a tow behind chemical tank.

    1. This hose reel is not recommended for use with weed killers or pesticides. Certain chemicals will cause corrosion to the components of this hose reel.

  3. What size thread is coming off the "Central Axis" where the hose attaches? I am wanting to add a quick connect plug to attach the hose to the reel but can't find the right size. My 3/8 plug is just a tick to small and wont screw on.

    1. The inlet size of this hose reel is 3/8" NPT.

  4. What are the mounting dimensions?

    1. The mounting plate measures 7.87" long x 7.36" wide. The mounting holes measure 0.79" long x 0.43" wide and are spaced 6.69" x 5.83" apart on center.

  5. Does it have enough tension to use a thinner but longer hose like 75 feet

    1. This hose reel is designed and tested with a 3/8" x 50' hose. We do not recommend using a different hose size as the reel has not been tested for pressure and performance with a different hose.

    1. This hose reel will work with a gas pressure washer rated for 3,000 PSI and 3 GPM. It is designed for use with pressure washers rated up to 4,000 PSI. It has a maximum temperature rating of 194° F.
