  1. What turns the blower off and on? Does it come on when stove fires up or is it on all of the time?

    This question is for the blower add on for this heater

    1. There is an off off nob and you can choose several levels of output similar to a typical fan.

    2. there is a dial on the side of the blower and you just turn it. It is not thermostatically controlled. It has high med and low.

    3. you have to turn it on and off , it has not got a thermostat like the heater has .

    4. Blower is not thermostat controlled and you have to turn it on by pressing a button. Recommend plugging the blower into a surge protector in case the power does go out.

    1. The blower is to be installed at the rear of the stove on the rear heat shield. Align the blower and gasket mounting holes with those on the rear of the heat shield and mount with the screws included.

    1. Pleasant Hearth does not offer a thermostatically controlled fan designed for the stoves at this time.

    1. This Pleasant Hearth stove blower is not thermostatically controlled. The blower speed is manually controlled by rotating the speed control knob until the desired speed is achieved. The blower would need to be turned on and off manually.
