    The pictures seem to be reversed and show the hot plate on both left and right sides.

  3. Can we purchase this model with a the above ground cement mount plate instead of the bury in the ground method? And what would be the price for that total? Thank you! TCR

    1. Measure post diameter, and can get a large patio umbrella base and use that also, but remember considerable weight of grill, a bag charcoal, and then whatever grilling.

  7. Is this Grill good for a salt water area? We live on the beach and would have it in our backyard on the water?

    1. The steel on this grill can rust due to moisture in the air. Rain water added to ashes can be highly corrosive to steel so it is recommended to clean thoroughly after each use. Protection for rust can be added by applying a non-toxic, high heat paint. The cooking grate should not be painted and can be cleaned with a wire brush.

  8. Can the grilling surface be refurbished because of some rust?

    1. Larger scratches or scrapes can be treated with a high heat aerosol touch up paint and will blend in after the next fire. Annual maintenance is recommended to clean and spray any areas where the coating may be damaged.
