  1. is a GFCI necessary for house water boost and I need a psi switch?

    1. A gfci is always advisable for a pump. You'll need a secondary switch if that's how you choose to run it.

    2. This Pedrollo Pump has overload protection and IP X 4 protection. That protects against overload heating of the motor and water splashing on the pump. You would check your local building codes to see if GFCI is required. A pressure switch will be required to maintain a constant pressure. See recommended home system booster pump below.

    1. This pump could not be used for that application. The chlorine in the water would damage the pump.
