  1. What is the maximum windspeed this windmill can withstand?

    1. This is not rated for a maximum wind speed. This can handle regular everyday wind speeds, it will not handle straight-line winds.

  2. Converting unit to pump water

    Can this unit be easily converted to pump water from a shallow well or pond for livestock?

    1. This windmill is designed to be an aerator for ponds. It basically pumps air into the pond and is not designed to pump water from the pond or a shallow well to be used in another location. It might be possible to convert it but you would need a water pump driven by wind power and this unit might not be capable of being used for that purpose or being converted to that use.
