Product Summary

Self-load and skid 1/2-ton logs by yourself with the Norwood SkidMate™ and your ATV. Slip the choker chain and steel probe (Item# 190613, sold separately) under the log and hook the chain. As the ATV revs, the chain rides up the slide bar and hoists the log high in the arch. You get less snagging and logs stay mud free. Assembly required.

  1. how does the log get raised to the transport position? Can it be done by one person?

    1. Slip the choker chain and probe under the log, hook the chain and pull your atv forward. The chain will then ride up the slide bar and hoist the log into the arch. One person can easily do this.
