The tank is 100% leak-tested and finished in a durable black powder-coat paint. 3-gal. capacity with 1 1/2in. suction port and 3/4in. return port. Measures 11.3in.L x 11.3in.W x 8.46in.H.

  1. What material are the seals and gaskets in this tank made of?

    1. The seal/gasket in the hydraulic fill gauge is made of NBR with a durometer of 60-70.

  2. Is the 8-15/32" height to the top of the fill cap? Or to the side of the tank?

    1. The overall height including the breather cap is 9.78". The height to the top of the tank is 8.46".

  3. Can this unit hold liquids in excess of 220 degrees?

    1. To help eliminate damage to seals and reduced life of the hydraulic fluid/oil, the maximum hydraulic fluid temperature should be no higher than 180 degrees Fahrenheit. In the event a malfunction occurs or a blockage creates high fluid temperatures this tank is able to handle up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit, as indicated on the thermometer.
