Could this be mounted to trailer tongue with U-bolts coming from underneath?

  The truck toolbox can be mounted to a trailer tongue using U‑bolts from underneath only when reinforced plates and sealed penetrations are installed to prevent bottom deformation and water intrusion. Full installation instructions are provided in the product manual.
