  1. Does the door open flush on the bottom?

    In other words, if the box is bolted down on the top of a flatbed, will the door open?

    1. When the door is open, it extends about an inch below the bottom of the box. I had to raise the box a little so it would not interfere with a step that I installed below the box.

    2. If the truck box is used in top-mount application, the door would not be completely flush when fully opened.
